My experience includes work with clients through times of change and corporate restructuring. I am very effective in helping my clients understand and adapt their communications style to leverage their strengths to achieve superior job performance. As a Workshop Leader...I work within client requirements to present workshops that inspire. As a much sought after speaker, I presents programs and workshops that are motivating and focused on results. As a Career Coach ...I help clients identify their career goals and find their dream job. Utilizing my expertise and knowledge as a former corporate recruiter with AT&T, I understands what employers are looking for in a candidate. One of my specialties is preparing clients to shine in interviews. As a Grief Coach ... I work within the workplace coaching individuals, teams and managers in organizations through transition, grief and change. I am no stranger to overcoming and accepting life transitions in my own life and the life of those I work with. After going through my own journey of healing and renewal I have helped hundreds of others to heal from the death of a spouse, family member, close friend or divorce. I have spent over 25 years facilitating grief recovery support groups in addition to working with individuals who are in the process of recovering from grief. I have worked extensively with separated, divorced and widowed adults (The Beginning Experience); children who have lost a parent, relative or close friend to death or divorce (Rainbows For All God’s Children); including training for a special Rainbows program (Silver Linings) to work with the children of 9/11 victims. I have been trained by Hospice to work with terminally ill patients, and was a facilitator for the support group Rachel’s Vineyard and ministered to men and women who have experienced an abortion and the resulting pain of that decision. I have over 16 years of corporate experience and over 22 years facilitating and training community services groups to effectively work together with extensive experience in Employee Development Planning, Team Dynamics, Change/Transition Management and HR Quality Process Management.
